Justice works best when it is guided by integrity, accountability, and respect for every person who enters the courtroom. My approach to the bench is grounded in public service, constitutional principles, and nearly two decades of real courtroom experience in Riverside County. As a judge, my role is not to advance personal views or political agendas—but to apply the law fairly, thoughtfully, and consistently.

Judicial service is more than legal knowledge. It requires judgment, preparation, and the courage to make difficult decisions when public safety and constitutional rights are at stake.
My judicial philosophy is rooted in the following principles:

    Every case deserves an impartial evaluation grounded in the law and the facts; never politics, pressure, or popularity.

    Accountability matters. When required to protect public safety, I will hold offenders responsible, including imposing incarceration when appropriate under the law.

    I am committed to protecting the constitutional rights of all parties—victims, defendants, and the community—while ensuring proceedings are fair and lawful.
